Help file converted to huge PDF

Very large PDF file, converted from Manifold 8 Help file (close to 3900 pages). This might crash your system memory, so make sure to save your work before you try to view it.

Took me a long time create. Will take me even longer to read…. but I’m working on it! Was quite costly to print at Kinko’s (5 thick volumes) but it’s good commuter train reading.

A few help topics may be missing, but I suspect a couple of them just printed out of order. The document includes page numbers, but will take me a while to produce the Table of Contents.

My first effort at this was 5500 pages, so this is an improvement…
